 | CONCRETE ACTIONS: THE CARBON FOOTPRINT FOR COMAC SCRUBBING MACHINESAt Comac, the commitment to environmental sustainability is expressed in concrete actions. For this reason we have started measuring the carbon footprint of some of our products. We are aware that in order to improve it is necessary to understand and above all measure what we are doing. We therefore worked to measure the carbon footprint by evaluating the life cycle “from cradle to grave” and to obtain the CFP Systematic Approach certificate for some ranges of the latest generation Comac scrubbing machines. The systematic approach for calculating the Carbon Footprint has been certified by Bureau Veritas according to the ISO 14067: 2018 standard. In this way we are able to provide real and certified data on the environmental performance of our scrubbing machines. |
